The Sport 3" lift kit by Fabtech is an all inclusive upgrade for lifting the Wrangler JL 4 Door to accommodate larger wheels and tires. The included front and rear dual rate coil springs allow for extended travel, while keeping a soft ride on or off road. These coil springs are specifically designed for the Wrangler JL and will keep the vehicle level side to side, which allows for increased suspension travel. The heavy duty front and rear extended sway bar links include urethane bushings, and re position the bars to work within the factory operating parameters. The bump stop extensions are designed to keep within factory specs. This kit includes front & rear shock extensions, so there is no need to go looking for aftermarket shocks. This also will ensure that the ride quality will be as close to factory as possible.
Many states have laws that limit the maximum height of a lifted vehicle. Never exceed the legal height limit.

So there is nothing else to purchase (except your choice of larger tires).Reuse The Factory Springs and Shocks: The Fabtech will allow the factory shocks to be reused with the included shock extensions.Dual Rate Coil Springs: The included front and rear dual rate coil springs are specifically designed for the Wrangler JL to provide a stable and smooth ride over any type of terrain.
