The strut is designed to assist in keeping the hardtop liftgate open and reduce vibration while traveling. Sold individually, the struts will work on either the driver or passenger side and mount directly to factory hole locations. No drilling or modifications are required, which makes for a hassle-free install. Fits all 87-95 Jeep Wrangler YJ vehicles.
