JKS MiniSkids are essentially miniature skid plates for the lower suspension arm brackets on the front axle. The clever design spans the front of each bracket to create a boxed structure for increased strength and integrity. When properly welded to the axle and OE brackets, these MiniSkids prevent damage and deformation, and provide much-needed protection of the caster adjustment bolts and suspension arm bushings.
- Low-profile skid plate protects OE lower suspension arm brackets on axle housing
- Protective design spans OE bracket to form much stronger boxed structure
- Heavy duty 0.25 in. steel construction is folded for extra rigidity and proper bushing clearance
