ACC molded carpet is designed to fit the floor pan of your vehicle so there are no pockets of loose fitting carpet. They designed their molded carpet from the original floor pans and having the carpet laid upon the pans with a backing in between. Mass backing is an ACC recommended solution as a Sound Deadener to increase the look and feel of your carpet in addition to reducing outside nose and heat.

Sound Deadeners help insulate your vehicle from road noise and engine heat. Sound barriers are available in EVA, foil back or mastic with jute and are custom made to fit each model perfectly. ACC sound deadeners meet federal standards for flammability retardation. It's the perfect beginning when replacing your carpet and to increase its durability.
