Strategic Construction. The AFE MACH Force XP Front Muffler Assembly Exhaust is an inexpensive and easy way to reduce exhaust noise and improve your Jeep's overall performance. This system is 100% hang MIG-welded and crafted from high-quality 409 stainless steel. It incorporates a 14-inch long, round high-flow stainless steel muffler for a quieter sound, while eliminating exhaust drone and maintaining a smooth idle sound. The MACH Force-Xp series cat-back front muffler assembly features 2-1/2" mandrel-bent, 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, smoother transition, lower turbulence, and improved throttle response.

At the heart of this cat-back muffler assembly is a 14" 409 stainless steel round muffler that is designed to reduce cabin noise while driving yet maintain a smooth sound while idling. The 2.5" inch mandrel-bent tubing will increase exhaust flow and improve throttle response

Perfect Fit. The included extension pipe allows this system to fit both the 2- and 4-door Wrangler JK models without any modifications. The OE-style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high heat and high vibration conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for a factory-style fit that will not change over time. The OE-style band clamps are provided to ensure a secure and complete 360 degree sealing surface.

Intermediate Install. AFE designed this exhaust system to be a true bolt-on system for your Jeep Wrangler, without any cutting or modifications needed. All hardware and clamps are included for a hassle-free installation process that is estimated to take around 2 hours. Some light to moderate mechanical skill is required to perform this install.
