It’s designed to increase airflow by up to 9%, which then increases your Jeep’s torque and horsepower output. In addition, this cold air intake system features a cross-linked polyethylene housing for the filter. This ensures cooler intake air temperatures, resulting in enhanced performance.

No Custom Tuning Needed. This cold air intake is guaranteed to work seamlessly with your Sprintex supercharger. However, it’s highly recommended to get a custom tune to maximize its effects. You’ll also benefit from a custom tune if your Jeep has several upgrades designed to improve performance.

Pro DRY S Progressive Filter. To ensure that no amount of contaminants can get into the engine, AFE included a Pro DRY S filter with this air intake. This filter features 3 layers of synthetic media that get progressively finer for maximum filtration and longer service life in between cleanings. Meanwhile, the frame is 100% polyurethane for extra toughness. This filter can be washed and reused multiple times, saving you time, effort, and money. You can even check the filter’s status without having to remove the airbox, thanks to the clear sight window.

Roto-Molded Plastic Inlet Tube. This cold air intake features a heavy-duty plastic inlet tube. It’s roto-molded, CAD-designed, and dyno-tuned to ensure the best flow of air for your Jeep’s supercharged engine. In addition, the tube has a 1/8-inch NPT port ahead of the throttle body. This allows you to use a water/methanol system along with this cold air intake.

Quick and Simple Installation. This cold air intake is designed with fewer parts, resulting in an easy installation that can be accomplished in about an hour using basic hand tools. AFE already included all the necessary mounting hardware, so all you need for installation are basic hand tools.
