Increase Performance. This Airaid MXP Series SynthaMax Cold Air Intake is be compatible with the new 3.6L Pentatstar motors on the 2012-2018 JK Wranglers, Rubicon and Unlimited. It works with both 2 door and 4 door models. The housing is fully included, and the inlet tube is included.
Superior Filtration. Each cold air intake provides superior air filtration, since it includes an Airaid Premium Filter with SynthaMax® technology. SynthaMax® is a non-woven synthetic nano-fiber material that traps the smallest dirt particles that ordinary cotton-gauze "performance" filters just can't capture. Airaid Premium Filters, with SynthaMax® can capture particulates down to 2 microns in size. Best of all, this filter is washable and doesn't need to be oiled, which will save you time and money.
Unique Air Box Design. This Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake features a specially designed one-piece roto-molded intake box that draws cooler outside air from the factory cold air duct while the unique shape improves airflow around the entire filter.
CARB Certified. Best of all, this Airaid MXP Series Cold Air Intake is 50-state smog legal under Carb EO# D-609-19.
