Rigid 6-Piston, 2-Piece Caliper Design. The Baer Pro Plus Silver Front Brake Kit features 2-piece calipers that are CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum for superior structural integrity. These calipers offer improved heat dissipation, enhancing braking performance. These calipers are secured by 0.37-inch wide cross-bolts and employ stainless steel pistons that also contribute to the brakes superior performance. DOT-spec dust and weather seals are also used to prevent brake fluid leakage. Finally, these calipers receive a silver powder-coat finish with red lettering for stylish looks.

Two-Piece, Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotors. The Baer Pro Plus Silver Front Brake Kit includes 14-inch wide 2-piece rotors. The 2-piece design is significantly lighter than more common 1-piece styles, helping improve handling. These rotors feature a cast construction using high-grade iron alloy after which these are machined to a clean finish. It’s during the machining that the cross-drilling and slotting are added. Additionally, the rotors feature curved vanes that work with the cross-drilling and slotting to provide maximum brake cooling. Finally, these rotors receive a tough zinc plating for maximum corrosion resistance.

High Friction, Low Noise Brake Pads. The Baer Pro Plus Silver Front Brake Kit includes a set of brake pads that feature a high-tech ceramic matrix compound. This specialized braking compound offers superior friction, for maximum stopping power while being heat resistant. This heat resistance helps increase the pads’ service life. Additionally, the pads are built-in with anti-noise shims that are designed to prevent screeching.

Simple Bolt-On Installation. Installing the Baer Pro Plus Silver Front Brake Kit is a relatively simple procedure that uses your Jeep’s stock brake locations. This kit includes the mounting hardware you’ll need, and won’t require any modifications to your vehicle.  

Integral Upgrade Kit for Your Front Brakes. The Baer Pro Plus Silver Front Brake Kit includes the essential components you need to upgrade from stock including a pair of calipers, brake pad sets, and 14-Inch wide rotors. This brake system will reuse your vehicle’s factory brake line but will include replacement banjo bolts.
