There are 4 lights in this kit, and they’re designed to install near the wheel wells of a vehicle to glow the tires and help you see what’s on the ground around you. Encapsulated Red LEDs. This rock light kit is made up of four LED modules that each output a total of 400 lumens in a 180-degree angle. The lights use 4 watts of power and require .40 amps of current. They must be connected to a 12V power system and come with simple connectors for a convenient installation process. The lights are rated for over 49,000 hours of operation.

Rugged Built Lights. A blend of ABS plastic and polycarbonate plastic work together to create a sealed and durable rock light in this set. These lights are fully waterproof, and they’re built to handle impacts from rocks and other debris while driving. These tough little lights should last for years if installed and used properly.

A Moderate Install Process. Fitting these rock lights into position is simple and only takes a few minutes with the included straps. There is some wiring work required to get these lights working properly, though. You’ll have to attach the connectors to a 12V power source or splice the wires into position to get the power you need to run these lights. If you’re comfortable wiring your ride, this installation should be simple, but everyone else should leave the work to a professional instead.
