This BBK Power Plus Series Throttle Body features a generous 62mm bore design that allows for better airflow and more power. You will not only see an increase in power, but you will also experience an improvement in throttle response giving your 2004-2006 4.0L Wrangler more bang for the buck.
No Tune Required. This BBK 62mm Throttle Body is designed to improve the performance of your 4.0 Liter powered TJ without the need of reprogramming your Jeep's computer. The engineers at BBK really did their homework to improve your Wrangler's power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, Offroad Source recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this Throttle Body.
Quality Construction. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this BBK Power Plus Series Wrangler Throttle Body is fully CNC machined from high quality 356 aluminum castings. It is then assembled with brand new components that are engineered to meet and exceed OEM quality standards for a perfect fit.
Simple Bolt-On Installation. BBK engineered their Power Plus Series Throttle Body to be a simple bolt-on upgrade. Installation can be completed in under an hour with simple hand tools.
BBK Warranty. BBK products are warrantied against any defect in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Some exclusions or limitations may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.
CARB Certified. BBK's Power Plus Series 62mm Throttle Body is 50-state smog legal. That means 2004-2006 TJ owners can enjoy more bolt-on power in states with CARB restrictions like California, without worry. CARB Approval Number to be issued shortly.
