Description

Designed to improve stance performance and capability. BDS Suspension has designed this 5-inch lift kit for your Dodge RAM 1500 and 2500 truck. This kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes Glide-Ride leaf springs 3" steering block to correct steering linkage angles and brake line brackets. In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength lift blocks add-a-leaf and longer u-bolts. The round out these kits with specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks to offer improved damper performance.

Glide-Ride Leaf Springs

Built to outperform BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design. Upgrading to BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

Notes

  • 3" Steering block will only fit Dana 44 with a 3 bolt knuckle to steering arm mount.
  • Not for heavy duty 3/4 ton version
  • If your vehicle is equipped with a front sway bar the links will have to be sectioned and lengthened.
  • On models equipped with 4WD dash light the wiring will need to be lengthened
  • On models with Saginaw or Corporate typr front driveshaft CV cluster may require dressing to prevent binding.
  • This kit includes 3 front u-bolts and 2 studs.
