Description

Take your Ford Super Duty F250 and F350 diesel truck to the next level with this 6-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires.

At this height driveline adjustments are necessary to allow the use of the factory driveshafts so a precision-built transfer-case indexing ring featuring ARP-studs can clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle. Additionally a high clearance transmission crossmember supplied to allow sufficient clearance.

Up front the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs heavy-duty replacement radius arms forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction sway bar relocation brake line brackets and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks.

At this height the transfer case needs to be indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft so an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied. In the rear this kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block longer u-bolts brake line brackets and a matching set of NX2 Nitro Series shocks.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth predictable ride across various terrains.

HD Radius Arms

In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms BDS supplies a pair of high-strength tubular radius arms. These arms mount into the factory location and offer caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights along with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth quiet service-free operation.

  • 5 Inch Block: Some F250/350 factory options increase the main leaf pack count from 2 to 3 leaf's (this is for top overload options only). Be sure to verify which factory leaf spring configuration your vehicle has and choose the appropriate option.

Notes

  • If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (pn# 123402)
  • 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
  • Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
  • The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
  • If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar add rear sway bar links (pn# 123808)
  • The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
