They showcase large, 2.4" (60mm) bodies, 35mm independent rebound and compression valves, and 20mm hardened chrome piston rods. Together, the components add strength to the design and keep oil cool for damping that will not fade even under high stress. To create height adjustability Belltech uses a threaded damper body and spring perch. The spring perch is designed to sit in place and not do any adjusting over time. Since the coilover height is customizable, we made sure the bump stop engagement was also able to be edited. Our use of a progressive rate polymer, open-cell, bump stop, and packers refines the arrangement and gives your vehicle the most ideal suspension results. The Belltech helper spring and main spring are made of cold-formed high tensile steel and are powder coated red to achieve an eye-catching yet protective layer. Belltech coilovers also use high durometer vulcanized rubber bushings to reduce any unwanted noise and vibrations. To keep the damper safe, we utilize a plastic dust boot, and easy installation is achieved by using the OE top mounts.
