The Crown Automotive Heavy Duty Leaf Spring for Cherokee XJ's, is a replacement that can solve a bad sagging problem at the rear. If you have factory heavy duty springs that are starting to flatten or you have added weight from towing or after market bumpers and need the extra support, this leaf spring is what you need to get you back on the trail or road. To assure that the vehicle has the proper trim once installed it is recommended that you change both left and right springs at the same time. Pivot eye and shackle bushing are not included, these springs will use the factory rubber style or upgrade to polyurethane bushings.
Heavy Duty Replacement: Designed to support additional weight for vehicles with factory towing package or heavy after market components such as roof racks and bumpers, not designed to achieve any stated amount of lift.
Direct Fit: Installs easily with new bushings (not included) and no modifications needed to hangers or shackles, can reuse factory style shackles or aftermarket lift shackles for more tire clearance
