Description
Add significantly more light output when backing up at night with our Stage Series HitchMount Reverse Light Kit! This kit allows you to mount one SSC1 LED pod in your 2-inch trailer hitch receiver, adding a high-power reverse light, and an additional running light. The included harness plugs right into your factory wiring for easy installation and operation.
Brighter Backup. Factory reverse bulbs just don't provide enough light output to back up at night confidently. By pairing our patented TIR optics with high-powered LEDs, the SSC1 included in this kit provide an additional reverse light that's several times brighter than stock bulbs alone. Plus, they automatically come on when the vehicle is put in reverse!
Additional Running Light. The Stage Series LED pods included with this kit feature a distinctive red backlight that can be used as an additional running light while driving! The backlight fully illuminates the TIR optic, providing a more unique and modern look than the small indicator LEDs found in other products

Notes:
- If you would like to use a locking trailer pin to install this kit instead of the snap-fit pins, you can do so with a quick modification. This product is not intended to replace original factory tail lamps. Please ensure your trailer hitch has an open back before ordering
- Newer trucks with trailer management systems monitor the power draw on the trailer connector in order to automatically modify vehicle settings when a trailer is connected. Depending on the year and make of your vehicle, the HitchMount LED may interact with this system if equipped
- GM/Chevy: This product is not compatible with 2020+ trucks
- Jeep: No trailer is detected, no warning messages
- Ram: Trailer management system may detect trailer - testing in progress
- Toyota: This product is not compatible with the 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma. No trailer detected, no warning messages on all other models
- Ford: This product is not compatible with the 2015-2020 Ford F-150. Not compatible with 2021+ trailer tow package (plug-and-play harness coming soon)
