Description

Fabtech's 6" 4 Link Conversion system for the Ford F450 and Super Duty is built to handle the on and offroad demands of the truck enthusiast. This vehicle's suspension is more robust than the Ford F250 and F350 and therefore demands specialty parts only available from Fabtech.

This system comes with everything needed to convert to a 4"Link front suspension. The system will provide less caster change throughout the travel range which benefits on road driving. Offroad the 4 Link system will provide more articulation than a Radius Arm for increased terrain traversing at all speeds.

Fabtech's 4 Link system has been proven in over 1"years of service in consumer, commercial and military applications. High quality components with properly design suspension geometry is the pinnacle of Super Duty suspension systems.

  • 2? OD Heavy wall link Armshave 1/4" thick steel brackets at the axle with adjustable alignment cams and Fabtech's legendary 5 Ton Joints to pivot at the frame for an extended service life. The 5 Ton Joints have been proven in military use for over 1"years and are quiet and strong. The 4"Link Armsattach to stout 1/4" thick steel frame brackets for a solid mounting of the new suspension.
  • The geometry of the 4"Link Armsand frame brackets has been designed to provide an improved highway ride due to reduced caster change and able to tackle rough offroad conditions better than a Radius Arm suspension.
  • Simplistic super stout 1/4" thick steel brackets utilize the factory coil bucket to bolt in the big Dirt Logic 4.0 Coilover. A massive 4" diameter stainless steel body with 1"25 NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability for the most aggressive driving conditions. coil springs handle the weight of the F450 or and provide a superior ride. The remote aluminum reservoir dissipates heat for continuous damping when driving over extreme terrain at high speed. The pinnacle of all coilover shocks.
  • 1/4" thick steel bracketry re-positions the factory track bar to center the axle under the vehicle with the increased lift height. Super stout box style bracket is designed to eliminate deflection when the track bar moves through its full cycle.
  • Forged steel construction with high strength material that exceeds the factory specifications. Designed specifically for the F450 and to work in conjunction with the factory drag link and Fabtech's Track Bar bracket for proper steering functionality.
  • Heavy duty 1/4" thick steel brackets control the travel eliminating over cycling of the suspension. Super strong construction can handle the full compression impact of the F450.
  • 1/4" thick steel drop brackets re-position the front sway bar for the increased ride height. This allows the sway bar link ends to fully cycle without binding throughout the extended travel range.
  • Re-positions the factory brake lines down on the frame for the new travel range without having to open the brake system. Keeps factory fluid system intact.
  • Retains the factory F450 or long travel steering stabilizer with a 1/4" thick steel bracket and support brace to help reduce tire shimmy.
  • Steel rear lift blocks replaces the factory blocks for additional lift without changing the ride quality or load carrying capacity.
  • U-Bolts designed to attach the entire rear differential to the vehicle. A critical part that demands the best quality for your vehicle.
  • Constructed of a stainless steel body with NitroSteel piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. Superior ride quality both on and offroad. Excellent damping for offroad use.
