Specs. Factor 55 offers this winch lock to protect your investment. The winch lock bolt is a custom 3/8-16 inch security bolt made from high quality, 1045 carbon alloy steel. The bolt is heat treated to grade 5 yield strength for superb performance.
Construction. The key patterned head bolt is proprietary, and the matching key isn't something anyone can just pick up at the hardware store. The winch lock bolt can't be removed with ordinary screw drivers, pliers, or other commonly sold tools. If you use this winch lock, you can rest assured that your Wrangler's winch won't go missing.
Application. This lock bolts into place by replacing one of the existing 3/8-16 winch bolts. This bolt works with any 1966-2024 Jeep CJ and Wrangler fitted with a winch.
