Quality Steel Construction. This 8.5” Dana 44 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit from Motive Gear is made using extremely durable and high-quality 8620 steel. When you have installed a component made to these quality standards, you are sure to enjoy street and off-road driving for many miles in your Wrangler truck.

Installation. Installation of this Motive Dana 44 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit should be carried out by a professional or only by someone who has the required mechanical expertise, and it should take approximately 4 hours to fit.

Note. Wrangler TJ models may require use of a 3/8” ring gear bolt carrier.

1-year/50,000 Mile Warranty. Motive Gear offer a 1-year or 50,000-mile warranty on this item which covers parts against manufacturing defects. Exceptions apply, please see manufacturer’s warranty for details.

Application. This Motive Dana 44 Rear Ring Gear and Pinion Kit is constructed to fit all 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler YJ and TJ models with a 5.13 gear ratio (excluding Rubicon).
