This axle-back’s exhaust starts out as a low rumble when idling that builds up to a throaty growl upon hitting the gas. Despite this aggressive growl, the resulting exhaust tone never gets out of hand, so you don’t have to work about disturbing your sleeping neighbors.
Improved Performance. The Pypes Street-Pro Dual Axle-Back Exhaust is able to provide some performance improvements. This is thanks to its wider, more free-flowing tubing. This improved performance is ideal for better acceleration.
Rugged Build Quality. The Pypes Street-Pro Dual Axle-Back Exhaust uses 409 stainless steel tubing for superior corrosion resistance. This axle-back’s piping measure 2.50-inches in diameter, and is completely mandrel-bent to eliminate any turbulence causing areas as well as to add rigidity. The included muffler features a chambered design with dual exits giving this exhaust its characteristic tone. The twin polished stainless steel exhaust tips are dual walled and measure 4 inches in diameter. Finally, the whole assembly minus the tips are finished in a stealthy black powder coating for extra corrosion resistance.
Direct Bolt-On Install Procedure. The Pypes Street-Pro Dual Axle-Back Exhaust is designed as a direct bolt-on assembly using factory locations on your vehicle. This axle-back exhaust includes all necessary mounting hardware. Additionally, installation is accomplished using standard hand tools.
