Description

ReadyLIFT is excited to announce an all-new 6" MAX3.3 Suspension Systems with Falcon 3.3 adjustable shocks for the Ram 2500 HD trucks equipped with the Standard Output Cummins turbodiesel engine providing plenty of clearance for an aggressive 37x12.5 tire and up to +01 to +18 offset wheel with no rubbing; delivering a beefy, tough look.

The 43-19642 is specifically designed for Ram Heavy Duty applications with proprietary front single rate and rear dual rate coil springs, heavy-duty fabricated steel front and rear track bar brackets, forged dropped pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the new Falcon 3.3 adjustable front & rear shocks that are included in this premium kit, and our all-new Tubular Radius Arms.

This kit includes a unique CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case aligning the front output shaft for improved driveline angles. Some Ram HD trucks can experience a slight vibration after lifting due to driveline angle sensitivity. ReadyLIFT's 6" lift kit with the Drive Line Indexing System (DIS) addresses this condition by re-clocking [indexing] the transfer case and providing a stout heavy-duty steel cross member that accommodates the new T-case position, all resulting in a smooth driving experience on or off-road.

In addition to the new 6" lift kit, we are also releasing the new 77-19000 Tubular Radius Arm upgrade kit for the Ram 2500/3500. These new Radius Arms are heavy duty and are built to handle the use and abuse demanded out of Ram trucks and serve as critical alignment components, correcting the suspension geometry on lifted models. The arms are formed inward allowing for additional clearance and providing even more space for oversized tires. The direct bolt-on design promotes quick and easy installation.

  • 8-Position Micro Adjust Dial offers refined damping adjustments
  • Reservoir design increases nitrogen to oil ratio for consistent damping over wide temperature ranges.
  • Hard Anodized Large Bore 6061-T6 Aluminum Shock Body for impact and corrosion resistance as well as increased oil volume for consistent performance.
  • VOD (Volume Optimized Damping) features a digressive linear piston for quicker ramp-up for reduced body roll and an overall increase in damping to reduce bottom out when pushed to the limit.
  • Red Line high VI shock oil for consistent performance across all temperatures from -50F to 450F with anti-wear and lubricity agents.

  • Kits will not fit any models with HEMI Gasoline engines, dually models, Classic models, and any automatic-leveling rear air suspension models.

  • ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.
  • When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
