Improves Braking Performance. Your Jeeps stock rubber brake hoses are prone to a soft brake pedal and diminished braking response. But, now you can improve the braking performance of your TJ by installing a set of Braided Stainless Steel Teflon Brake Hoses from Rugged Ridge. Unlike the stock rubber hoses, these Rugged Ridge Hoses won't expand allowing for firmer brake feel and quicker braking response. With an additional 4 inches in length, when compared to stock, these Stainless Steel Brake Hoses are ideal for use on lifted Jeep Wranglers.
Exceeds DOT Standards. Manufactured with a Teflon inner hose, these Rugged Ridge Brake Hoses feature a braided stainless steel outer casing to withstand the abuse and hazards of off-roading. All Rugged Ridge Stainless Steel Brake Hoses are designed to meet or exceed DOT MVSS-106 regulations for safety.
Direct Fit Upgrade Replacement. These Rugged Ridge Brake Hoses are not universal “one size fits all” hoses that you find at your local auto parts store. Rugged Ridge specifically designed their Hoses with the correct size fittings making them a direct fit upgrade replacement. Seeing that installation of these Hoses requires bleeding the brake system professional installation is recommended.
Five Year Limited Warranty. Rugged Ridge warrants the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Some exclusions or limitations may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.
