Self-tapping screws with a matching finish are included.

Construction. With a stainless steel construction, you can rely on this Rugged Ridge Gas Cap Door to hold up under some serious use. The black semi-gloss powdercoat finish is engineered to resist damage, even when exposed to gasoline and other chemicals on a regular basis. Unlike some aftermarket gas doors, this one fits over the stock gas cap perfectly without any required modifications, preserving the OE functionality. Stainless steel self tapping screws with the same black powerdercoat finish are part of the kit.

Installation. Plan on setting aside over an hour to do a good job with this modification. It's a pretty straightforward job, but you need to take care before you start drilling. Hold the door over the stock cap and actuate the door to make sure you have everything positioned correctly, then mark the screw holes' positions on the fender. Drill guide holes for each one, then line up the cover again before driving the self tapping screws into each hole. You'll need a drill, marker and screwdriver.
