When We Say Redesign. You say Smittybilt SRC Front Bumper! It may not catch on as a pom-pom-worthy cheer, but it's true and worthy of excitement. Smittybilt has completely redesigned the SRC Front Bumper so now it offers even greater defense in extreme rock crawling situations and adds more aggressive styling to boot for your 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK.
Smart Features. This Gen2 Front Bumper from Smittybilt includes an integrated winch mount that is capable of holding up to a 12,000-pound winch. The winch plate on the front bumper has been redesigned so now it sits lower, giving increased airflow to the radiator. You'll also appreciate the D-ring mounts that are welded on both the inside and outside of the bumper and the light tabs that can hold a pair of 9-inch lights.
Fender to Fender Protection. With the highest impact strength of any thermoplastic currently available, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW) provides superb abrasion-resistant protection. The corners extend to match factory fender points and the raised corners give better ground clearance, as well as improved entry and exit angles for even the most punishing situations.
High-Quality Construction. To ensure optimal front-end protection, the center section of the bumper is constructed with a 3/16-inch cold rolled steel and the over rider and wings are made from 2-inch diameter, 0.120-inch wall tubing. Finished in a two-stage textured matte black powder coating, the unit won't chip, fade or rust. A 5-year limited warranty backs this claim.
Installation. Included with this Gen2 SRC Front Bumper is all of the necessary hardware, as well as easy-to-follow instructions. It's a fairly simple bolt-on installation process with minimal modification required.
