Description
TeraFlex HD Front Axle Housings are perfect for replacing bent broken or damaged axles in JK Wrangler/Unlimited vehicles including Rubicon models. Can also be used as a direct bolt-on upgrade for Jeep owners looking to beef up the stock axles- weak areas. Our Bare HD Front Axle Housings feature a heavy-duty housing with axle tubes bracketry and forged inner knuckles as well as pre-installed inner seals and upper control arm bushings. Stepping up to our Tera44 HD Front Axle Housing w/ Ring & Pinion & ARB Locker provides a choice of pre-installed ring and pinon gears ARB air locker and TeraFlex HD Ball Joints. Transfer your outer stub shafts outer knuckles and outer axle assembly (unit bearings brakes sensors) to make a complete axle assembly. Requires new inner axle shafts.

- Ductile cast iron housing w/ increased rib gussets
- HD ductile iron differential cover
- Smooth radius bottom design to glide over rocks and obstacles
- Integrated lower control arm skid plates
- High-flow oil passages and bottom oil drain hole for simple fluid changes
- Reinforced front track bar mount (ties into spring pad) for greater strength
- UV protected triple-stage powder coat for corrosion resistance
- 1/4"-thick CNC laser cut axle brackets for extreme strength
- Integrated factory location upper control arm mount
