Color Coded. Turbosmart Wastegate springs come color coded for PSI and diameter, which vary from spring to spring providing different boost levels. This brown/pink coded spring can run 7PSI boost and measures 44mm Outside Diameter (OD).

Precise Boost level. The spring will fine tune 7PSI boost going to the turbocharger. For greater performance, work with a boost controller. First adjust the controller back to minimum setting, measure the minimum boost pressure achieved and increase boost pressure again. With this you can achieve up to double your spring boost.

Steel Construction. This helical spring is made of stainless steel to withstand the high heat environment of the engine. The material is also not susceptible to rust.

Compatibility with Turbosmart Wastegate Actuators. The spring is engineered to work with Turbosmart Ultra-Gate 38, Comp-Gate 40, HyperGate 45 external wastegates and Internal Wastegate Actuators.

Easy Installation. Putting up the spring in your actuator is simple. Clamp down the top cap of the actuator, remove the collar and replace your old spring with the new one. Combine this spring with middle and inner springs to maximize your boost performance.

Warranty. Turbosmart products bought at Turbosmart Authorised dealers have a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. In case of defects in structure and functionality, replacement or repair is done.
