Complete Re-Gearing Kit. The Yukon Gear Dana 30F/44R Ring Gear and Pinion Kit with Install Kit contains all the components you need to re-gear your Wrangler TJ - excluding Rubicon models. Whether you’re looking for a performance upgrade or replacing worn gears, this kit has you covered. It contains the ring gears and pinions for a Dana 30 Front and Dana 44 Rear. It also contains a master overhaul kit with the bearings, shims, and other hardware to install them.

Premium Grade Construction. Yukon Gear manufactures these gears from forged premium quality materials for excellent strength and durability. Precise CNC-machining to tight tolerances then ensures a perfect fit for a hassle-free installation.

Required Upgrade. If you’re currently running a 3.73 ratio a new rear carrier will be required for this package. If you’re currently running a 3.08 or 3.54 ratio, a new front and rear carrier are required.

Professional Installation Recommended. Replacing the gears will require expert skill and specialist equipment. Installation by a professional mechanic is highly recommended.

Includes 1-Year Limited Warranty. Yukon Gear warrants the Dana 30F/44R Ring Gear and Pinion Kit with Install kit against manufacturing defects. Exclusions will apply.
