Designed for upgraded 30-Spline Dana 35 rear axles, this differential carrier provides 100% power to both sides of your vehicle when it’s needed. The carrier has a 10-Bolt cover and is pre-drilled to fit 3/8-Inch and 7/16-Inch ring gear bolts.
Built for the Trail. Yukon aims for better-than-OEM build quality with this Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier. The internals are made using forged 8620 steel, while the chromium alloy steel casing protects against corrosion and rust.
Professional Installation Suggested. Fitting this part requires an axle upgrade alongside expert knowledge of your vehicle’s rear differential. Though it bolts directly onto your Dana 35 axle, installation is complex enough that it’s best left to the professionals. Both the bearings and installation kit needed to fit this part are sold separately.
A Year of Cover. With Yukon’s 1-Year warranty, you’re covered in cases of material defects or issues with manufacturing. This is a non-transferable warranty that has exclusions for damage caused through misuse.
Application. The Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier is made for Jeep Wrangler TJ and YJ vehicles built between 1987-2006. It’s compatible with gear ratios of 3.54 or higher.
Installation Difficulty. Taking between 4-6 hours to install, this differential carrier requires an expert touch. Only attempt installation if you have the knowledge and equipment needed to modify your rear axle.
