Powerful Rear Differential Carrier. Designed to offer better performance than your stock part, the Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier is for rear limited slip differentials. It’s compatible with Dana 44 Axles with 30 splines and features 10 cover bolts to ensure you can secure it properly. The carrier is compatible with 3.92 gear ratios or higher.

Super Construction Quality. The case itself is made using high-strength nodular iron. That means heat and impacts aren’t going to put a dent in it. The internal spider gears are made using powerful 4320 Chromoly steel. This grants them protection against corrosion, in addition to ensuring they’re able to withstand constant grinding as you drive.

Professional Installation Recommended. Fully rebuildable with a 4-spring design, this carrier installs directly into your vehicle. Professional installation is recommended as fitting this part disassembly and reassembly of your vehicle’s differential.

A Year of Cover. Yukon’s confidence in this differential carrier is displayed by its year-long limited warranty. Though this warranty excludes damage caused by the user, it’s applicable in cases of manufacturing flaws or material defects.

Application. The Jeep Wrangler Differential Carrier is designed for installation into the 1966-1986 versions of the Jeep CJ5 and CJ7. It’s also installable in Jeep Wrangler TJ models made between 1997-2006.

Technical Note. The part is double drills to allow the use of both 0.5-Inch and 7/16-Inch ring gear bolts. Yukon suggests the use of GL-5 gear oil, rather than synthetic oil, to ensure smooth operation.

Installation Difficulty. This is an expert-level installation that requires you to dedicate 4-6 hours to the job.
