PRODUCT OVERVIEW
With Fabtechs 3.5 inch Spring Hanger System your F250/F350 can obtain 3.5" of front end lift without changing the front leaf springs. The super stout spring hangers replace the factory units without welding or cutting. The system includes replacement front frame crossmember and bumper brackets. Clear up to 33x 12.50R 18 tires w/ 18x9 wheels w/ 4 1/2" BS w/ minor trimming.
