Fabtechs 6 inch Basic System for the Ford Super Duty achieves lift Utilizing the vehicles stock I beams and radius arms the heavy duty 1/4 inch thick brackets relocate these components with extended length coil springs for increased ride height and proper front suspension geometry. System includes heavy duty brackets, drop pitman arm, front and rear Stealth shocks and a rear block kit. Use 315/75R16 tires w/ 16x8 wheels w/ 4 5/8 inch BS.
