Description
The Crown Automotive Output Shaft Oil Seal is for Jeeps with an NP231 transfer case that has been converted with a Crown Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) Kit. This is a replacement for the seal located in the stubby bearing retainer facing the rear axle. A bad seal can allow precious oil to escape the housing, leading to overheating and failure.
